ABAQUS的U型夹层板结构工程化设计研究

摘要:随着国内外学者对夹层板研究的不断深入,使得夹层板的各项优势性能都得到了凸显。U型夹层板作为一种新型的夹层结构,其性能优越,具有重量轻、比强高、抗冲击能力强等优越的力学性能以及防火、减振、降噪等结构优点。开展U型夹层板的结构设计方法,研究其在载荷作用下的响应,可为U型夹层板在工程中的应用提供技术支撑,具有实际的指导意义。

本文在归纳整理相关研究成果的基础上,通过解析方法分别对U型波纹式和折叠式夹层板进行理论研究,得到了夹层板等效厚板的各刚度参数。在此基础上,分析两种形式的U型夹层板在典型载荷作用下的响应,并开发了适用于夹层结构的设计、力学性能分析的计算程序,为夹层结构提供了辅助计算的工具。本文的主要研究内容和结论如下:

(1)基于夹层板的等效理论,详细阐明了U型波纹式夹层板和U型折叠式夹层板的等效参数的推导过程,由此展开了对U型夹层板力学性能的研究。

(2)介绍了U型波纹式夹层板和U型折叠式夹层板在均布载荷作用下计算其响应的理论方法,并分别用ABAQUS有限元软件对两钟夹层板进行仿真计算,结果表明两类夹层板的解析法与有限元法的误差不大,证明了两种夹层板的解析法在工程中的适用性。

(3)分析了U型波纹式夹层板和U型折叠式夹层板的尺寸参数的变化对夹层板在载荷下的响应的影响。并提出了性能较优的U型波纹式夹层板和U型折叠式夹层板的结构形式。

(4)基于MATLAB软件,通过GUI程序,开发出了U型波纹式夹层板和U型折叠式夹层板的计算界面,该界面不仅可以快速完成两种形式夹层板的刚度和响应的计算,还可以判断出夹层板相关输入参数的合理性,是一种高效的夹层板理论计算工具,这同时也为开发其余特殊结构夹层形式的计算程序提供了指导意义。

Abstract:With the development of the study of sandwich plate at home and abroad, the advantages of sandwich panel have been highlighted. U-shaped sandwich plate is a new type of sandwich structure, and it has superior performance, the advantages of light weight, high strength, strong shock resistance, excellent mechanical properties and fire, vibration, noise and other advantages of structure. Carrying out the structural design method of U-shaped sandwich plate and studying its response under the load, which not only can provide technical support for the application of U-shaped sandwich plate in engineering, but also has practical significance.

On the basis of summarizing and studying the related research results, this paper uses the analytic method respectively to theoretical research of U-shaped corrugated and folding sandwich panel and obtains the stiffness parameters of equivalent thick plate of sandwich plate. On this basis, responses of two kinds of U-shaped sandwich plate under typical loads have been analyzed, the program for the design of sandwich structures and the analysis of mechanical properties has been developed, which provides an auxiliary calculation tool for sandwich structures. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:

(1)The theory of the equivalent sandwich plate based on the derivation of the equivalent parameters of U-type corrugated sandwich plate and the U-shaped folding sandwich elucidated in detail, the research on the mechanical properties of the U-shaped sandwich plate.

(2)The theory and method of U-type corrugated sandwich plate and U-shaped folding sandwich panel calculated under uniform load response has been introduced. Two kinds of sandwich plates are simulated and calculated by using ABAQUS finite element software,and the results show that the analytical method of the two kinds of sandwich plates is less than the finite element method,which proves applicability of the analytic method of two kinds of sandwich plates in engineering.
