摘要:清洗系统上下料系统是振动清洗系统的辅助机构,完成对被清洗零件篮的上料、清洗过程中的跨栏运输、下料等工序。该机构采用气动系统,完成系统的机械结构设计和气动回路的拟定、气压元件的选用等。该系统由上下料传送装置和抓取机械手系统两部分组成。 本课题要求根据课题的具体参数和工艺流程,完成清洗篮自动上下料的传送功能,包括传送方案的制定、机械结构的设计等内容。 根据上下料速度、清洗篮跨栏清洗的水平移动及上下升降速度的要求,确定各个环节的工作节拍,完成整个传动装置的布局。确定整个系统的驱动方案以及传动系统的传动链,并设计传动系统的机械结构,同时完成上下料装置的设计。整个设计过程包括:系统驱动方案的确定,整体布局方案的确定,上下料装置的设计,辊筒传动系统的设计,抓取机械手的设计等内容。整体之间结构紧凑,连贯,实现清洗系统的上下料和传动动作。5506 关键词: 上下料;传动装置;机械手 The loading and unloading system design of cleaning system Abstract:Cleaning system loading and unloading system is a subsidiary organ of the vibration cleaning system,On completion of the cleaning basket Part hurdle transportation, cutting and other processes in the material, the cleaning process.The agency uses pneumatic system to complete the mechanical structure of the system design and the formulation of the pneumatic circuit, the selection of Pneumatic Components.The system consists of two parts:upper and lower material transfer means and crawl manipulator system.
