自动铆接装配检测装置的设计+CAD图纸

摘要: 自动铆接装配检测装置是为自动装配由机芯、目玉和轴承组成的配件而特制的一台自动化设备。设备主要有工作台、一组机械手和夹具等主要部件组成。工作台分旋转和固定两部分,旋转工作台有电机驱动、八分之一刻度盘定位,轴承承载,实现放置机芯→目玉自动安装→目玉有无自动检查→下轴承自动安装→下轴承有无自动检查→转轴铆压→除尘→工位取出,八个工位的位置切换,机械手应用气动吸盘、气爪、气缸等气压元件和技术,实现零件的自动抓取和放置。操作者只需将机芯放入指定位置,就可实现配件的自动装配、自动检测、自动铆压、自动贮存、自动分装。大大的提高了劳动生产率,降低了劳动强度,使机、电、气、测试、PLC技术得到了有效的结合。本文确定了动作循环,拟定了气压系统,对总体布局分析,对主要零部件进行了分析、计算和选择。本设计是只针对机械结构部分的设计。36301
