摘要摆线针轮减速器作为重要的机械传动部件具有体积小、重量轻、传动效率高等特点。本课题要求通过考虑啮合、平稳、均载等要求,实现高承载能力、高传递效率、高可靠性和优良动力学性能等指标,而且要便于制造、装配和检修,设计具有合理结构的摆线针轮减速器。 本设计对该减速器摆线轮的摆线及其曲线方程进行了仔细的分析研究,利用CAD软件SolidWorks对减速器各个零件建立几何三文模型、虚拟装配及工程图的生成,快捷方便。并且对重要部件进行了有限元分析,从分析结果看,各轴承及摆线轮的性能指标符合要求。9160 关键词 摆线轮 SolidWorks 建模 有限元 毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要 Title The Principle And Design Of Cycloid Reducer Abstract As an important mechanical transmission tool cycloid reducer has characteristics of small volume, light weight, high transmission efficiency and so on. For high load capacity, high transfer efficiency, realizing the indicators such as high reliability and excellent dynamic performance, and being easy to be manufactured, assembled and rapaired, the topic needs us to design one cycloid reducer with reasonable structure, by considering the requirements like mesh, being stable and uniform loading. The design undertook a careful analysis and study of the cycloid and its curve equation of the reducer, and it is easy to use CAD software SolidWorks to establish three-dimensional model geometry, assembling and drawing generation. I conducted Finite element analysis to the important parts, and from the results it can be sure that the performance indicators of all bearings and cycloid gear have met the requirements.
