ANASYS双体船的强度有限元分析及校核

摘要随着世界各国经济的迅速增长,物流运输量急剧增长,引起世界船舶运输量需求 的不断增长,而现有运输效率已无法满足需求,提高运输效率迫在眉睫,面对这种情 形,世界各国开始研发新型船舶、高性能船舶等。79114 双体船作为一种新型高性能船的一种,拥有广阔的应用前景,具有甲板平坦开阔、 操纵性能强、航行平稳等优点。近几年来,双体船由于受到各国广泛关注而发展迅速。 但是,相比于单体船,双体船在航行中会遭受较大的横向弯矩和扭转力矩的作用,为 了保障船舶航行安全,我们必须对双体船的结构强度进行仔细地校核,以满足航行安 全要求。然而由于双体船结构构造较为独特,航行过程中所受载荷繁多,给船体强度 分析的工作带来了不少困难,传统的规范设计或者经验公式难以对其强度进行分析。 随着计算机技术的迅速发展,以及有限元分析软件的大量应用,使得解决问题的 方法变得更加多样、有效,我们可以利用有限元分析软件,建立结构有限元模型,对 其进行强度校核,并求出结构整体的应力分布。本文选取了一艘双体船来分析并校核 其结构强度,基于 ANASYS 有限元分析软件的基础,使用 ANASYS 软件对双体船建 立结构模型,对结构进行静力分析,并采用 CCS 规范,校核其强度是否符合要求。 毕业论文关键词:ANASYS;双体船;结构强度;有限元分析 Abstract With the rapid growth of the world economy, the amount of logistics of the world has a rapid extension, causing the world shipping demand is growing,but the efficiency of the present ship transport has been unable to meet the demand, so it is urgent to improve the efficiency of ship transport。Facing the serious condition, all countries in the world began to research new types of ships and ships with high performance。 Catamaran as a kind new of high performance ship ,has a broad application prospects。compared with the structure of single hull ship,has larger deck area, strong maneuverability,good stability and other advantages。In recent years, catamaran developed rapidly because of extensive concern of the world。However, compared to the single hull ship,catamaran will suffer larger horizontal bending moment and torsion moment effect in the sailing process,in order to protect the ship navigation safety, we must carefully check the strength of catamaran structure to meet safety requirements 。 Due to the structure of catamaran is unique, the sailing load of the structure is complex,bring a lot of difficulties to the analysis work of hull strength 。 With the rapid development of computer technology and a large number of applications of the finite element analysis software,the method of solving the problem becomes more and more perse and effective。We can use finite element analysis software, establish a finite element model for strength analysis of ship structures and can be used to calculate the stress state of the whole ship。This article selects a catamaran to analyze and check the structural strength, on the basis of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, use ANSYS software to establish catamaran's structural model, make static analysis on the structure, and check its strength whether meet the requirements according to the CCS rules。 Keywords: ANSYS; Catamaran ;Structure strength ;Finite element analysis 目录 摘要 I Abstract II 第一章 绪论 1 1。1 课题背景及研究意义 1 1。2。1 双体船的发展和应用现状 (责任编辑:qin) |
