响应面的柴油机电控喷油参数优化研究ESC第四工况

摘要响应面法是以统计学和数学为核心,通过近似方程模拟的优化方法。在运用该方 法的基础上来获取输入因素值的近似曲线从而取得最佳响应值,也就是获取最优化方 案。本论文是通过响应面法来分析系统喷油参数:喷油压力、喷油正时、主预喷间隔 角三要素,对柴油机本身影响,如排放物和机能。并且通过对 3D 视角曲面的分析得 到建议的优化和设计方案。本文第一章对该课题的研究缘由作扼要概述,举例:环境 污染问题和柴油机性能问题。在论文第二章内,则是详细地介绍了响应面法。包括响 应面法的起源、在世界范围内的应用、存在的开发潜力以及在本次实验内的应用。第 三章重点内容是具体描述了本次研究的实验设计思路。从 BBD 设计思路到本次实验的 因素水平等,均有详细介绍。第四章是本次论文的重点。其中,对燃油消耗率、Soot、 NOx 进行了建模,并进行了分析。第五章是进行最优预测和小结。本文作为以响应面 法为优化方法,以对柴油机电控喷油参数进行优化研究和设计为目的的新案例,为广 大研究人员提供了适量的参考。同时,也是对响应面法在柴油机领域应用发展进行一 个探索。80798
