UG高速动车组轮对结构设计和受力分析

摘要:我国的铁路现在发展越来越快,高速动车组运行速度受到提高的同时,人们也渐渐关注到了动车组的运行安全。随着车速的提高,动车组上的零部件工作环境越来越恶劣。而轮对几乎需要承担机车所有的质量,它称得上是动车组转向架上最关键零件之一,而且其在运行中会受到多种冲击,因此分析它的安全性十分重要。本文简要分析了轮对设计的原因,以及所选用材料机械性能。采用三维软件UG建立了CRH2拖车轮对和60号钢轨的模型,模拟了直线运行下轮轨接触的状态。然后将模型导入有限元软件Ansys,建立相关有限元分析模型,分析车轴的静强度和车轮在三种工况下的应力情况,结果显示采用有限元法分析能够分析轮对的受力情况。本研究说明,有限元法能够有效的分析高速动车组轮对的受力。80979

The Design and Force Analysis of the Wheelsets in Multiple Unit

Abstract: Nowadays,the China railway is now developing faster and faster, with enhancing the speed of the Multiple Unit, people are gradually concern about the operation of the Multiple Unit safety。 As the speed continues to improve, the environment where the parts of the Multiple Unit work is getting worse。 And the wheelset should stand almost all the weight of the locomotive and suffer many shocks in operation, which can be called the critical parts on the bogies, so it's important to analysis its safety。 The paper briefly explains the reason for the wheelset design and the mechanical properties of the selected materials。 After using UG software establish wheelsets of the CRH2 trailer and the 60kg/m wheel, the condition of wheel and rail contact is simulated。 Importing the model into the Ansys software and building the relevant finite element analytical model, the static strength of axle and static strength of axle and stress condition of wheel in three operating conditions were analyzed。 It's indicated that the finite element method can analyze the force on multiple unit effectively。
