摘要山柰，别名沙姜、山辣。是姜科植物山柰的干燥根茎，采挖于冬季，洗净、除去须根，切片晒干即可。根茎入药，温中化湿，行气止痛。主治急性胃肠炎，消化不良，胃寒疼痛，牙痛，风湿关节痛，跌打损伤。产地包括广东、广西和云南。山奈具有很高的药用价值，所以为了充分利用这一植物资源，本课题利用超声波提取法，提取山奈中的山奈酚这一有效成分。
利用微波—超声波协同萃取机来处理产品，三氯化铝法使处理好的样品显色，使用紫外分光光度计测量山奈酚含量。获取实验结果。然后利用相关的实验数据处理软件，用响应面法处理所得的实验数据，对山奈酚的提取乙醇浓度（%），提取的料液比（g/ml），提取温度（℃）以及提取时间（min）。71032

Abstract Kaempferol is a kind of Zingiberaceae. Kaempferol is also called ginger and spicy mountain.Kaempferol is the dry rhizome of Zingiberaceae Kaempferia galanga.Kaempferol was digged generally in winter.Kaempferol needs to be cleaned and dried.Kaempferol needs to be cut into pieces and then dried in the sun.The roots of kaempferol can be used as medicine and it can warm body, remove moisture and relieve pain.It can treat acute gastroenteritis, indigestion, stomach pain, toothache, rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic injury.Its origin is in Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan.Kaempferol has very high medicinal value.In order to make full use of the plant resources,I abstract kaempferol by using Ultrasonic Extraction.
First of all, the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of Kaempferol was researched. The factors affecting the yield of Kaempferia were ultrasonic time, extraction temperature，solid-liquid ratio, and ethanol concentration.According to the design principle of the Box-Benhnken central composite test，I design four factors and three levels of response surface method to optimize the extraction process.Optimum process parameters are ultrasonic time, extraction temperature，solid-liquid ratio, and ethanol concentration.
