摘要:由真菌引起的果实采后病害给水果产业带来了巨大的经济损失。柑橘类水果是秋冬季盛产的水果之一。意大利青霉是柑橘类水果中常见的病原菌,导致柑橘类水果大批量受到侵染而腐败。利用植物精油代替化学杀菌剂控制采后病害,是柑橘产业绿色发展的重要助推力。本课题组前期研究发现,微胶囊技术可实现植物精油的缓释效果,缓解植物精油的刺激气味,并导致果实相关防御酶系发生变化,但微胶囊体系诱导果实抗病性的方式尚不明确。肉桂精油微胶囊有一定的抑菌作用,并且具有缓释性,可以延长精油的使用效果。本文研究了不同浓度以及不同诱导时间和接菌顺序下的肉桂精油微胶囊和空心微胶囊通过直接接触对橙子中意大利青霉的抑菌效果,并测定了橙子的发病率以及橙子相关酶活指标。结果显示,肉桂精油微胶囊具有良好的抑菌作用,0。5%浓度的肉桂精油的抑菌效果最好,与对照全部发病相比,0。5%的肉桂精油微胶囊第4d处理的发病率在50%左右;在0。5%浓度下肉桂精油诱导时间在24h最适宜,相比于对照40。00%的发病率,其第8d处理的发病率为16。67%;先接菌24h后注入精油的抑菌效果优于注入精油24h后接菌的效果。只接意大利青霉,只注入肉桂精油微胶囊,只注入空心微胶囊处理均能激发橙子中SOD酶活上升以及POD酶活下降,且各处理在第12h时达到最小值,不同接菌顺序下的肉桂精油微胶囊处理组对SOD和POD都有激发效果。79750

Study on the antifungal effect of cinnamon essential oil microcapsule on Penicillium italicum in the oranges
Abstract:Fungal diseases bring substantial economic losses world-widely in fruit industry。Citrus fruits are one of the fruits which are harvested in autumn and winter。They are also popular in the customers。Penicillium Italicum is a common pathogenic bacteria in citrus fruit, resulting in the infection and corroption of the citrus fruit。Taking advantage of the plant essential oil instead of chemical fungicide to control the postharvest disease is an important force to the green development of citrus industry。Our previous studies have found that Microcapsule technology can realize sustained release effect of plant essential oil, alleviate the stimulation of plant essential oil and lead the department of defense enzyme changes。However, the way of the resistance from the fruit of the microemulsion system is unclear。Cinnamon essential oil microcapsule has certain bacteriostasis, and has a slow release effect which can prolong the using effect of essential oils。This paper studies the green mildew antibacterial effect of the orange which directly contact with P。Italicum in the different concentrations, at different treatment time,inoculating sequence of cinnamon essential oil microcapsule and empty core capsule。In addition, the incidence of oranges and oranges related enzyme activity were measured。The results showed that the inhibitory effect of 0。5% emulsion microcapsule on P。 italicum was the best,compared with the control which disease incidence was 100%, the disease incidence was about 50% with the treatment of microcapsule in 4d。The condition under the 0。5% concentration cinnamon essential oil microcapsule at 24h treatment time is the best。The inhibitory effect of emulsion microcapsule in induced time of 24h on P。 italicum was the best,Compared with the control which disease incidence was 40%, the disease incidence was about 16。67% with the treatment of microcapsule in 8d。When the time intercal is 24h, treating with cinnamon essential oil microcapsule after inoculation is superior to treating with cinnamon essential oil microcapsule before inoculation。The reatment with P。Italicum,Cinnamon essential oil microcapsule or empty essential oil microcapsule can stimulate the oranges in the SOD enzyme activity rise and POD enzyme activity decreased and the treatment whose interval time is 12h reached the minimumThe treatment in different order can also stimulate the oranges in the SOD enzyme activity and POD enzyme activity, 肉桂精油微胶囊对橙子中意大利青霉抑菌效果研究:http://www.youerw.com/shiping/lunwen_92341.html
