中学生篮球中距离跳投技术运用现状分析

摘要篮球运动作为全球影响力最广的球类项目之一，发展到现在已经一百多年，在不断发展的历史过程中也彰显着篮球的魅力，成为最受人们尤其是青少年喜爱的运动之一。其中的中距离跳投技术是蓝球技术中投篮环节的重要一环，也是比赛中个人及球队作为战术终结的有效进攻手段，是球员及教练员都很重视的技术。纵观各联赛，拥有合理及高命中率的中投，不仅可以使得战术更加灵活多变使得对手难以招架，还能大大提高篮球比赛观赏性。然而现今中学生比赛中，对于中距离跳投技术运用情况并不乐观。89500

本文特地对浙江省李宁杯男子高中组篮球联赛的比赛录像中队员关于中距离跳投的运用进行分析，通过文献资料法，录像分析法，数理统计法，问卷调查法，逻辑分析法从而研究现在中学生中距离跳投技术运用现状，给各中学教练及队员在相应的战术运用和技术使用上有一定借鉴意义，希望中学生能在篮球技战术水平上更好地发展。
