摘要篮球运动是一项极具魅力的体育活动，但许多篮球爱好者在参加篮球运动过程中都存在不同程度的运动损伤。对此，本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计发、等方法在淮阴师范学院篮球场随机抽取男生200名进行调查分析。发现了篮球运动者的指关节、膝关节、踝关节、腕关节受伤比重较大。对原因进行分析并提出合理的意见与预防措施，以期对广大篮球爱好者有所帮助。92738

Abstract:Basketball is a sport with great charm,However, many basketball fans have different degrees of injury in the process of playing basketball。 In this regard, I used a questionnaire survey method, interview method, statistics, comparison and analysis method in Huaiyin Normal University 2013, 2014, 2015 and three grade were randomly selected from 100 male basketball professional investigation and analysis。 It is found that the proportion of joint, knee joint, ankle joint and wrist joint injury of basketball players is larger。 The reasons are: Sports lack of preparation activities, careless thinking, correct technical movement, site equipment is not standardized, and put forward opinions and reasonable preventive measures, in order to help the basketball fans。
