摘要磨损是工件的主要失效形式之一,为了改善工件的耐磨性,往往采用在工件表面制备一层耐磨涂层的方法,传统的热喷涂和堆焊制备的涂层存在着很多的缺陷。目前,一种新型的耐磨涂层因为其良好的耐磨性被广泛的关注。本文研究的新型钎焊耐磨层指的是WC-10Ni钎焊耐磨层,试验选取五种不同的钎焊温度,分别为:1025℃、1045℃、1065℃、1085℃、1105℃。通过硬度测试、剪切试验、摩擦磨损试验和微观组织观察,对涂层的硬度、耐磨性和涂层与基体的结合强度做了初步的探究,分析了不同钎焊温度对涂层和接头性能的影响。87011

试验表明:随着钎焊温度的升高,涂层的硬度、涂层与基体的结合强度发生了一定的变化。涂层的硬度从1045℃开始随着温度的升高而降低,1045℃钎焊温度下的涂层硬度最大为60。15HRC;涂层与基体的结合强度随着温度的升高而增强,1105℃时为最大值370MPa;新型钎焊耐磨层的耐磨性很好,在五种不同钎焊温度下,涂层表面的摩擦磨损失重均减小,呈现出较好的耐磨性。

Abstract Wear is one of the main failure form of the workpiece, in order to improve the wear resistance of the workpiece, often using a method for preparing a layer of wear-resistant coating on the surface of workpiece, there are many defects in the traditional thermal spraying and surfacing coating。 At present, a new type of wear-resistant coating because of its good bonding strength and wear resistance has been widely concerned。 In this dissertation, the new brazing wear-resisting layer is the WC-10Ni brazing wear-resisting layer。 The experiment selects five different brazing temperature, respectively: 1025℃, 1045℃, 1065℃, 1085℃, 1105℃。 By means of hardness test, shear test, friction wear test and microstructure observation, preliminary researching the of wear-resisting layer, wear resistance of the coating and anchoring strength。 The test analyzes the effect of brazing temperature on the coating and the joint performance。 

The experimental results show that with increasing brazing temperature and hardness of the coating and the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate are changing。 Coating hardness with increasing temperature decreases, under brazing temperature of 1045℃,maximum of the coating hardness is 60。15HRC; the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate increases with the increase of temperature and under brazing temperature of 1105℃,maximum is 370MP,wear resistance of the new brazing wear-resisting layer is very good,under the five different brazing temperature, the friction and wear loss of the coating surface is decreased, and the wear resistance of the coating is better。
