摘要王阳明《南赣乡约》是基于其心学思想而总结出来的一套乡治理论体系，在南赣地区实践后取得了很好的效果。《南赣乡约》以传统的儒家乡约为基础，为因应南赣政治生态而量身定制。其十六个条目包括了基层组织的机构设置、组织内部的协调与管理、彰善纠过的措施、违背乡约的惩处办法、新民以改过自新的策略、婚嫁从俭、丧葬从简、乡约的礼仪规定等八个方面。它的实践起到了巩固基层政权、践行心学思想、溯源法律传统、发展社会文化等积极作用，对中国传统乡治理论的发展起到了重要的推进作用，对明清基层社会治理有着重要影响，对当代社会更好地建设、管理基层组织也有一定的借鉴意义。86143

A typical case study of NanGanVillagers’ Agreement of WangYang-ming

Abstract: Wangyangming’s  NanGan Villagers’ Agreement is a set of township governance theory which was summed up on the basis of the thought of Xinxue。 it has obtained good effects after being practiced in the southern Jiangxi region。NanGan Villagers’ Agreement was concluded for the political ecology in south Jiangxi,of which the traditional Confucian convention is the basis。There is a total of 16 items in the agreement,including the grass-roots organization of institutions,coordination and management inside organizations,all of the rewarding and amending measures,punishment measures against conventions,new residents’ strategy for amending themselves,etiquette for marriage and funeral and so on。Its practice resulted in the positive fact that strengthening the grass-roots regime,fulfilling the ideology of Xinxue,tracing legal tradition,developing social culture and so on。NanGan Villagers’ Agreement plays an important role in the development of Chinese traditional township governance theory。It has important implications not only for grass-roots social governance in the Ming and Qing dynasty  but also for nowadays social development and grass-roots organizations’ management。
