Abstract
Judicial interpretations of the people’s Supreme Court, include
normative judicial interpretation and individual judicial interpretation. The source of law differs from the legal form. In trial practice, judicial interpretations of the Supreme Court play an important role, such as to ensure the right application of law, to uniform the standards of application of law, to fill the gap of law. The emergences of some “legislative” judicial interpretations are the need of trail practice or justice. Judicial interpretation of the people’s Supreme Court is a formal source of law. At the time of recognizing the status of source of law, the relationship with the case guidance system must be dealt with.
