摘要土地是人类的宝贵自然资源，更是农民是生存的条件。 土地问题关乎着我国经济的发展。历经三十多年的我国家庭联产承包责任制度，大力地解放了生产力，提高了生产效率，促进经济的发展和繁荣。但是随着我国改革的逐步深入化，我国的农业化和产业化的发展，我国农村土地承包经营制度呈现出越来越不适应农村经济的发展，土地承包经营权流转问题成为当今农业发展亟待解决的问题。 89806

随着市场经济的发展和法律制度的完善，深入探讨我国农村土地承包经营权流转的问题具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。本文主要对我国农村土地流转合同管理问题的分析，研究我国的农村土地承包经营权，包括完善我国农村土地流转承包经营权的法律法规，建立和完善中国的土地市场体系，完善登记制度，在保障人权农民权益的转移过程。
