摘要：随着经济社会的快速发展，人们的生活及工作上的压力正在逐渐的增大，同时人们的生活富裕后，多元化的婚姻观念也随之而来，婚前同居、重婚、姘居等破坏婚姻家庭和谐的问题依旧存在，种种原因使得家庭暴力问题正以惊人的速度逐渐凸显。本文通过探讨我国家庭暴力的防治问题，借鉴域外有关防治家庭暴力的法律规定及实践，对我国家庭暴力防治中存在的问题提出针对性的建议。为了有效的对家庭暴力防治，保护受害者的合法权益，维护社会的稳定，我国应尽快完善已有立法，使我国的家庭暴力的治理工作能够顺利的深入开展，同时希望通过社会各部门能有效的配合，对家庭暴力进行有针对性的预防，从而真正做到对家庭暴力的防与治。93377
