我国城市社区居家养老存在的问题与解决对策分析

The Analysis of Problems and Solutions of Urban Community Home Care in China
Abstract: China has entered the aging society, pension problem has become the first thing to be solved .But under the present conditions, there is a contradiction between the widely demand of social pension and the limited support capability. The community home care model which on the carrier of family, take the community as the main body and regard the government as the leading can effectively enhance the ability of pension. But at this stage, the community home care exposes some problems, for example, the support from the government is insufficient and exist bull management, the lack of perfect legal system, the coverage is too small and the service content is too single, the shortage of resources and the community funding is limited, community home care model didn’t form the effect of public opinion, the lack of professionals and volunteers. For these problems, we put forward the following suggestions. First of all, it should be emphasized that the dominance of the government and pide the functional departments legitimately; Secondly, establish and perfect the legal system; Thirdly, expand the scope of the pension and increase community home care service content; once again, integrate social resources, encourage each side to participate in the development process; at the same time, government should step up publicity efforts, advocacy elderly foster healthy pension concept; Finally, the government and the community should cultivate a professional service team and expand volunteer service teams.
