摘要：伴随着城乡一体化建设的发展，愈来愈多的农村土地被征收用于公共建设，虽然取得一些可喜的成就，但也产生了不少棘手的问题。拆迁和补偿的不合理使拆迁人与被拆迁人的矛盾和冲突不断增多从而导致一系列暴力性事件的发生，不利于社会和谐稳定。针对目前农村拆迁补偿机制中存在暴力等问题，借鉴国内外先进的补偿和处理方式的经验，以保障农民的个人利益和政府的公共利益为依据，注重政府与农民的交流和沟通来协商失地农民未来生存发展的实际需要，从而完善我国的农村暴力拆迁补偿机制。通过立法司法等法律手段明确规定相关农村拆迁补偿标准，方式，程序以及监督等内容显得尤为重要。但道德伦理所起的作用也不容小觑。71636
