摘要:随着我国学习型社会的构建与发展，社区教育越来越受到关注。我国社区教育是终身教育体系的组成部分，也是实现学习型社会的基本途径之一。从我国现阶段社区教育的发展情况来看，社区教育存在经费不足、观念落后、管理体制缺失、政策法规不完善、专职人才和基础实施不健全等一些问题，要快速有效的发展我国社区教育，必须保障社区教育的经费投入、转变社区教育观念、建立高效合理的社区教育管理体制、加强社区教育方面的立法进程、培养社区教育的专职人才并加大基础实施的投入。72890

Constraints of Community Education Development in China and Countermeasures Analysis

Abstract:With the construction and development of the learning society, community education gets more and more attention。 The community education of our country  is not only an integral part of lifelong education system, but also one of the basic ways to achieve learning society。 From the stage of development of community education, it contains some questions including budget shortage,backward concept, lack of management system,incomplete policies and regulations ,imperfect full-time talents and infrastructure implementation and so on。 For the rapid and effective development of community education, country must guarantee the investment in education, change the concept of community education, establish efficient and rational management system, strengthen the legislative process of community education, train professional personnel and increase the basis for implementation investment。
