摘要:宿迁港位于东陇海地区,是这个地方的重要港口之一,具有很好的地理优势。拟定建设的洋北作业区的码头工程项目将有力增加区域水运能力,进一步推动港口向等级标准化、集中化、专业化、集约化和规模化方向发展。
根据自然环境和地理位置分析洋北镇的建港条件,同时其布局是参照有关资料确定的。本设计给出了泊位的数量和平面尺寸,并且确定了码头装卸过程。在经过认真的比选后选定了扶壁结构形式。计算出了拟建码头在各种水位下的重量、由于回填土产生的水平土压力、码头上各种堆载以及门机作用影响。在不同水位下,验算了码头抵抗倾覆、滑动的能力以及基床的稳定性,通过计算出的内力对扶壁结构进行了合理的配筋,此外还对码头附属设施进行了拟定。本文通过手算和软件计算相结合的方式完成了对运河洋北镇扶壁码头的设计,给出了较完整的设计步骤并绘制了设计图纸。
本文的设计成果符合港口设计规范,提供的计算和图纸较详尽、准确,对宿迁港的建设和施工有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Suqian port is an important port in the East Longhai region. It has a favorable geographical position. The terminal will be built in Twon Yangbei, which will significantly increase the capacity of the regional water transport. It will further promote the development of the port to the level of standardization, centralization, specialization, intensive and large-scale direction. In this design, the layout of the port area is determined by analyzing the natural environment, geographical location and the relevant information of Yangbei Town.I also determined the number of berths and the plane size, and then I designed the dock loading and unloading process. Then I calculated the weight of the dock, the earth pressure produced by the backfill after the wall, the load produced by the stacker, and the load of the crane at different water levels. At different levels, I checked the dock's ability to resist dumping and sliding, and checked the stability of the foundation. The reinforcement calculation of the buttress was based on a reasonable internal force calculation. In addition, the terminal facilities were designed. In this design, I completed the design of the pier through handwritten and software calculations. The complete design steps were written and the drawings were drawn in detail.
This design results meet the port design specifications, the results and drawings are also written correctly, I believe that this design has a certain reference value for the construction of Suqian port.
