摘要:随着上海的快速发展,对集装箱码头的需求越来越大,为满足不断增加的集装箱吞吐量的需求,故需在外高桥地区修建集装箱专用的泊位。综合考虑港口地质水文条件,外高桥地区的上部地基软弱(淤泥质黏土或粉质粘土)而在地基的适当深度处存在较坚硬的持力层,故拟定选用高桩梁板式码头结构形式。

本次设计包括码头的平面布置、梁板的设计计算、验算及配筋,桩、桩帽和靠船构件的计算等。

码头的平面布置要充分考虑到方便船舶靠泊和装卸及使用和管理的方便等要求,。其次的工程是对典型构件进行设计,设计包括面板、纵梁和横梁设计计算、桩的稳定性和承载力验算、桩帽的计算、码头附属设施的选取和靠船构件设计验算等内容,计算过程中,纵梁使用期和横梁采用的是易工软件进行建模计算,其余计算全部手算完成。

设计任务完成后,需绘制上海港外高桥港区五期集装箱码头的总体平面图、结构形式图、结构施工图、基础图及上海港外高桥港区五期集装箱码头的防冲设备、系缆柱等构造图。

After the completion of the design task, it is necessary to draw the overall plan, structure form, structure construction drawing, foundation drawing and anti-red equipment of the fifth phase container terminal of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port area in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port Phase 5 Container Terminal Cable column and other structural map.
