摘要： 化工行业始终持有发展的势头，其相呼应的仓储管理往往达不到预期要求。油漆厂中的化学品仓储作为一个典型案例正是本次课题的研究对象。通过运用易燃、易爆、有毒重大危险源综合安全评价法对某油漆厂化学品仓储的危险性进行分析与研究。该方法不仅能够全面地结合危险源辨识又可以比较客观地从火灾、爆炸两方面切入，根据评价结论进一步提出举措，同时也为某油漆厂化学品仓储的防火设计作了充分准备。区别以往的软、硬件结合，考虑从建筑、工艺、 通风、电气、管理等方面提出安全对策措施。紧贴《建筑设计防火规范》对该油漆厂化学品仓储进行防火设计，内容虽然传统但非常严密、全面，包括：火灾探测器、火灾自动报警、灭火器配置、室内外消火栓及自动喷淋系统布置等。从全面的安全评价到完整的防火设计都是为了逐步完善化学品仓储的安全管理。5242

Risk analysis and fire prevention design for paint factory in chemical warehouse
Abstract: Chemical industry always hold a positive momentum,but the related of warehouse management often can’t meet the expected need.The paint factory as a typical case of dangerous chemicals warehouse is the main objects of this research.Through the method of safety assessment for major flammable, explosive and toxic hazards to evaluate the solid danger and realistic danger of a chemicals warehouse,and analysis the research of it’s danger.the method can not only fully combined with hazard identification but also put forward to further steps from the aspects of fire and explosion.It also a fully prepare for the design of fire protection in chemicals warehouse. Despite the previous combination of software and hardware,we propose safety countermeasures from the design of architecture,process,ventilation,electrical and management. Close to the Building Fire System Design,we design the fire protection to the chemicals warehouse.Although the process of the design is traditional but very classical.The design includes fire detectors,automatic fire alarms,fire extinguisher configuration,indoor and outdoor fire hydrant,sprinkler system layout and etc.They’re really the key to perfect the safety management of chemical warehouse.
