本设计为北京呼叫中心产业基地综合大厦配套楼建筑与结构设计，结构型式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，地上五层,地下一层。高度为19.4米。建筑总体型比较规则，规则的体型不但便于施工，而且有利于结构抗震。
设计内容主要为建筑和结构设计。
建筑设计过程主要包括方案的确定和建筑制图。
结构设计过程包括结构方案的确定、结构计算和结构制图。
结构方案确定后进行结构计算，学习并运用通用建筑结构设计软件——PKPM建立模型、进行上部结构的整体计算。
依据设计方案按制图标注绘制了建筑施工图。
依据计算结果按制图标准绘制了结构施工图。

层 数：该综合大厦地上层数为5层，地下为一层，作为车库，层高5m，底层层高3.6m，标准层高为3.2m，屋顶为上人屋面；
结构型式：本项目结构形式为6层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，采用桩基础，室内地坪为±0.000m，室外内高差0.45m。框架梁、柱、楼面、屋面板板均为现浇。
