摘要:工程造价的三要素为量、价、费,是对整个工程所有项目进行投资估算,是项目进行的重要指标和依据。运用软件实现手工计算和软件算量一体化的算量计价模式已经成为造价行业胡发展趋势。学习掌握如何运用算量软件对工程进行造价工作也将成为我们进入行业的必备技能。78795
本次毕业设计主要运用BIM软件对三号办公楼进行建模算量,套定额计价并输出工程量清单的完成造价流程。本次毕设主要学习对图纸的熟悉并且导入建模软件进行算量操作完成拟建项目的三维模型,再通过学习运用计价软件导出工程量清单。本文通过对软件运用过程的分析及部分算量方式的对比得出创新造价与传统造价的区别对比,并对两者对造价行业的影响做出简单分析。
