摘 要：本次毕业设计是我们在学校实践的最后一个环节，是各个教学环节的深化和扩展，是锻炼学生分析问题、解决问题的重要阶段。此次设计的主要任务是江苏省扬州市商场施工图预算的编制以及造价控制。按照毕业设计任务学年要求，我运用所学专业知识，独立完成资料的收集和整理、以及工程量的计算、定额和清单的套项。在工程量计算过程中采用手算模式并辅以软件加以完善；在定额套项中严格遵循《江苏省建筑与装饰计价定额》掌握了施工图预算书内容的编制过程以及造价控制的方法。78979

Abstract：The graduation project is the last part of the school practice, is the deepening and expansion of the various teaching links, is to train students to analyze problems and solve the problem。 The main task of graduation project, the main task is to build the Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, the preparation of the budget and cost control。 

 The design for the six storey frame structure mall, main function is a shopping mall, office, warehouse, the dining room。 The project by the Yangzhou Municipal Construction Engineering Design Institute of design, design life of 50 years。 The project construction area of about 6837。18 square meters, building layers of 6 floors, with a total height of 30。6 metres。 The building structure type for the frame structure。 The structure security rating is secondary; construction earthquake resistance fortification category C building; seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees; building fireproof rank for second level。 

 According to  graduation project, I use the professional knowledge, independently complete the collection and collation of data, as well as the calculation of the amount of the project, the fixed and the list of items, master the construction plan of the contents of the preparation process and method of cost control。

1。1  选题依据

施工预算是预算部根据企业下达的责任成本目标，详细编制施工组织设计，在不断优化施工技术方案和合理配置生产要素的基础上，根据本企业的施工消耗定额及类似工程项目的成本资料，通过人工、材料、机械消耗分析和制定节约措施之后，制定的现场目标成本，此外它是作为施工单位企业内部经济核算的依据，因此，施工预算编制是建筑工程项目成本的控制的最重要的依据与保证。
