摘要北仑港是我国重要的深水港口之一,而中国港口行业正处在产业的扩张期,中国沿海的各大港口已经部分完成,或在进行整合扩张。中国港口基本建设已从注重码头泊位总量转向努力提高大型专业化码头比重,在深水泊位码头的施工中,沉箱是设计中经常使用的一种结构形式,因其减少水下工程量,一次性出水,施工速度快,码头的整体稳定性好等优点,是建设方和设计单位优先选择考虑的结构形式。80363
在这次设计过程中,一开始先进行调研工作,通过图书和网络查找北仑港的地质水文等资料。接着进行码头工程的总平面布置,确定码头工程规模、设计船型、作业条件及总体尺度等。然后选择码头主体结构形式包括结构布置方式、构造尺度及作用分析等。下面进行沉箱码头结构内力计算、沉箱配筋计算以及沉箱抗裂验算。完成设计计算书后,绘制沉箱码头结构的相关图纸包括北仑港沉箱码头总体平面图、码头立面图、结构施工图、沉箱配筋图等完整的设计图纸一套。

Abstract Beilun port is one of China's major deep-water port。 The Chinese port industry is in the expansion of the industry, the major coastal ports of China has been partially completed, or during the integration of expansion。 Chinese port’s infrastructure from focusing on efforts to improve the steering of the total berths large proportion of professional terminals, in the construction of deep-water berths, the caisson is a structure which is often used in the design of port because of its underwater engineering to reduce the amount of disposable water and increase construction speed, the overall stability of the pier, etc。 caisson is the preference construction which is considered by designer and architect。
During this design process, The first thing is to carry out research work to find hydrogeological date and other information of Beilun port through the Internet and books。 Then getting on the general layout of wharf, making sure the size of the pier project、ship design、operating conditions and the overall scale and so on。 Then selecting the main wharf structure including structural arrangement、construction scale and effect analysis。 At last, calculating the internal forces of the port、caisson reinforcement and caisson crack resistance。 After the completion of the design calculations, going on the caisson wharf structure relevant drawings include complete design overall plan caisson Beilun port, dock elevation, construction drawing, drawing a caisson reinforcement diagrams。
