摘要： 此次毕业设计来源于一个实际项目，是具有真实环境场景和具体规划要求的命题。建设地点：本项目位于浦东新区浦东南路1540号（黄浦两岸E18地块中5—9地块）。因此，在整个设计过程中需考虑到很多与上海城市相关的实际问题，比如：怎么确定建筑它的风格，确保此项目和当地周边建筑及环境的平衡性，这需要非常重视城市整体规划的设计；此项目为办公楼，但又参杂着少量商业。在体现以人为本的设计理念的同时，并保证了商务办公的特色。在如今越来越强调可持续发展、环保低碳的主题的当下，如何保证建筑物的功能第一，经济适用，并在环保、节能、消防方面有所创新。以上这些是在做设计过程中需额外特别考虑的几点，如何设计一座属于城市的“社会性”建筑，是此次毕业设计的要点和难点。80606

Office building architectural design 

Abstract: This graduation design is based on a project, is a real environment requirements and specific planning proposition。 Construction site: this project is located at No。 1540 South Pudong New Area Road, Pudong (5-9 plots of E18 block on both sides of Huangpu)。Therefore, in the design process should be considered in many practical problems associated with the local city, such as: how to determine the construction style, ensure that the project and its surrounding buildings and environment, the need to fully consider the design of the overall city planning; the project office for business intelligence, how to embody the people-oriented design concept, but mixed with a small business;
