摘要:在经济全球化和快速发展的社会经济推动下,我国金融证券业在改革创新中不断发展壮大,金融证券机构及其从业人员数量大幅增加,逐步形成了健全的金融证券体系。虽然我国金融证券业有了较为长足的发展,但是金融证券行业仍存在一些问题,如高级专业人才稀缺、专业人才不足、金融人才市场建设滞后等问题突出。因此应从加快金融产品创新的需求出发,通过扩大专业人才培养规模、优化金融业人力资源结构、加快培养高素质的金融业人力资源,进而促进我国金融证券业的健康发展。84996

Our financial personnel structure analysis of the securities industry
Abstract:In the economic globalization and the rapid development of social economy driven, Chinese financial reform and innovation in the securities industry continue to grow and develop, a substantial increase in the number of financial and securities institutions and their employees, and gradually formed a sound financial and securities system。Although have comparatively rapid growth of China's financial industry, but the financial securities industry there are still some problems, such as senior professional talent scarcity, lack of professional talents, financial talent market construction lag issues outstanding。 Starting from the demand of speed up the financial product innovation, through enlarging the scale of professional personnel training, improve the structure of the financial industry human resources, to speed up the financial sector of education high quality human resources, and promote the development of financial industry in our country。

前 言
改革开放以来,随着我国社会经济的不断发展和金融市场改革的不断深化,为我国金融证券业的发展提供了良好的经济和社会环境。从中国金融证券市场建立至今,我国金融证券市场逐步完善,建立了包括股票,债券,外汇及多种金融衍生品。近几年我国金融证券业的发展尤为迅速,建立了较完善的货币市场体系;资本市场的发展日益规范化;保险市场也在不断扩大;但其成长过程中,也面临着一些问题,困扰着我国金融证券业的发展。
