摘要近年来，在保证经营利润的同时，价值观也成为一个优秀的企业需要研究的重要课题。但是，中国的许多企业的价值观建设都没有达到预期的效果，也没有对企业员工产生积极有效的影响。为了发现当今企业中价值观建设存在的问题，本研究采用问卷调查的方法，对不同企业、不同行业的公司员工进行调查，并结合热风这个时尚零售连锁企业作为案例作具体分析，最后发现企业倡导的价值观、企业实际践行的价值观和员工个人的价值观之间都存在着一定的差异。为了改善这种情况，企业不仅需要确立切实有效的价值观，更要采取实际措施来实践它。这些结论对企业的价值观建设具有指导作用。86220

The influence of corporate value on employee behavior

Abstract In recent years, Many excellent companies not only maintain its operating profit, but also regard corporate values as an important research topic。However, many of China's corporate value concept construction have not reached the expected effect or make positive and effective impact on the employees of the enterprise。To find the problems of the construction of corporate values, this research make a questionnaire survey of employees in different enterprises and different industries。 Combined with hot wind(a fashion retail chain),this article also make a concrete analysis。Finally i found there are some differences between the corporate value advocated by the enterprise and practiced by the enterprise。They are also different from employee's personal values。In order to improve the situation, enterprises not only need to establish the effective values, but also to take practical steps to practice it。 These conclusions will have a guiding role in the construction of enterprise values。
