摘要截止到21世纪,江苏高校的各项科技成果已经有效地推动了自身的运营，运营活动是将科技成果从理论研究转变成为现实社会的强大生产力，并且它是推动科技再进步的主体力量，在这一过程中，高校科技成果运营发挥了不可替代的重要作用。本文综合运用了包括文献研究法、比较研究法、系统科学的方法、规范分析与实证分析密切结合的方法在内的各种分析方法分别对它的操作模式和运营机制进行了有效的解析,包括动力机制、供求机制、投入机制等，并在评价它绩效的同时,找到需要改进和完善的地方, 从而推动科技成果投入生产活动，找到真正适合的运营方式，从而进一步推动各项成果的转化，实现社会价值并且推动社会进步。在本文中笔者在详细分析了一系列数据之后，认为有必要建立起一套完善的保障体系来维护高校科技成果的运营。最后根据目前存在的问题和挑战,提出了几大保障措施。86693

A Study on the Operation Mode and Performance Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities of Our Country,especially in Jiangsu

Abstract  By the end of the 21st century, jiangsu university of science and technology achievements in its operation has irreplaceable important role in the process, it is the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces, as well as the main body of scientific and technological progress。 This article used the literature method, comparison method, system science method, and combining normative analysis and empirical analysis methods respectively to its operation mode and operation mechanism are analyzed, including the incentive mechanism, the supply and demand mechanism, input mechanism, etc。, and in evaluating the performance of it at the same time, find a place to need to improve and perfect, so as to effectively promote the choice of scientific and technological achievements, select suitable operating mode, improve the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and ultimately contribute to the progress of the society。 Paper puts forward the operation mode oriented operation of security system of scientific and technological achievements。 According to the existing problems and challenges, several big guarantee measures are put forward。
