摘要社会进步带来的物质消费的增长是很明显的。家用中央空调的市场需求也在逐渐增长，有不少企业加入了生产中央空调的行列，这也导致同类企业之间的竞争也愈来愈激烈。而富士通将军中央空调作为一家具有日资背景的外企，如果要想在这样的而大环境下谋求生存，并期望更上一层楼，就需要企业从多方面努力，对厂区布局进行改善，消除因布局不合理引起的浪费，从而间接提升企业的竞争力，这对每一个制造型的企业都是至关重要的。86781

本文首先对国内外关于厂区布局的研究做了概述,然后介绍了影响厂区布局的因素以及原则和程序等,之后着重介绍了两个厂区布局的方法:系统设计法和模拟退火算法,在应用系统布局方法分析富士通厂区布局的合理性,并提出改进方案,最后总结厂区布局应该注意的问题。

This paper first researches on plant layout are outlined, and then describes the principles and procedures as well as the factors that affect the plant layout and the like, and then focuses on the method of two plant layout: the system design method and simulated annealing algorithm in the application system layout methods rationality Fujitsu plant layout and proposed improvement scheme, concluded the plant layout should pay attention to。
