摘要特殊教育作为基础教育的重要组成部分，在构建和谐社会将发挥着重要作用。加快特殊教育的发展尤其是落后地区特殊教育，对于促进我国全民素质的整体提升具有十分重要的意义。师资队伍建设是推进特殊教育的关键，为此，本文选择了宁夏特殊教育学校为例进行探讨。本文在分析宁夏特殊教育学校师资队伍建设现状的基础上，发现该校师资队伍建设存在着政策落实不到位、教师专业化程度不高、师资队伍结构不合理、培训力度不够等主要问题，根据人力资源开发理论等，提出了加强对教师培训力度和提高教师薪酬福利待遇,促进宁夏特殊教育学校提升师资队伍建设的对策建议。86817

Study on the Construction of Teaching Staff in Ningxia Special Education School 

Abstract Special education, as an important part of basic education in our country, will play an important role in building a harmonious society。 To accelerate the development of special education, especially the special education in backward areas is great significance to promote the overall development of China's talent team。 The construction of teaching staff is the key to promote the special education。 For this purpose, this paper takes Ningxia special education school as an example。 On the basis of thorough investigation, the paper analyzes present situation of the present situation of teacher teams in Ningxia special education schools, Main problems are found that  the construction of the contingent of teachers in the school is not in place, teacher professional degree is not high、teacher team structure is not reasonable、training is not enough etc。 According to the theory of human resource development etc。countermeasures to construction of teacher teams in Ningxia special education school are put forward to strengthen the training of teachers,to improve teachers' pay and benefits, to promote the construction of teaching staff,etc。
