摘要：由于轮胎生产过程中存在的危险因素特性，火灾爆炸事故时常发生。因此本论文主要是对轮胎生产工艺过程中的火灾爆炸事故进行风险分析并提出相应的防范措施。具体包括各单元危险源辨识、火灾爆炸风险分析、预防事故发生防范对策等内容。仓储单元主要用到了美国道化学公司提出的火灾、爆炸危险指数法，生产工艺单元主要用到了预先危险性分析法。分析范围主要包括：橡胶原材料、生产工艺过程、设备设施、溶剂汽油仓储区、溶剂汽油灌装区。危险源辨识范围主要包括：原材料、溶剂汽油仓储区和溶剂汽油灌装区。然后根据风险分析得出相关结论，最后在评价结论的基础上从技术管理、安全管理角度提出合理的防范火灾爆炸对策。进而达到企业生产过程中的安全。最终做到将安全风险降到可控制的范围，提高企业的经济效益。20041

Fire Explosion Risk Analysis and Precautionary Measure of Tire Production Enterprise
Abstract：as the current in the tire manufacturing process, the characteristics of fire and explosion risk factors occur frequently. Therefore, this paper mainly for tire production process fire and explosion hazard analysis and propose preventive measures. Each unit includes a specific hazard identification, risk analysis of fire and explosion prevention measures to prevent accidents and other content. Storage equipment is mainly used to raise Dow Fire and Explosion Index, mainly used in the production process hazard analysis unit in advance. Scope of the analysis include: rubber raw materials, production processes, equipment and facilities, solvent gasoline storage areas, solvent gasoline filling area. Hazard identification include: raw materials, solvents, gasoline and solvent storage area petrol filling area. Then, based on risk analysis, basic prevention strategies from a technical management, security management point of reasonable fire and explosion on the final conclusions of the assessment concluded. To achieve the security of the production process. Will eventually be reduced to a range of security risks can be controlled in order to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
