摘要当前，随着市场竞争的加剧，钢铁企业在发展中也面临着各种各样的瓶颈。在全球钢铁业存在结构性过剩的形势下,为了使钢铁物流园区能够高效运营，对其运行模式进行分析必不可少。本文对玖隆钢铁物流园区的现状及问题作了较全面的调查研究,结合我国钢铁行业的特点及物流园区运行的现状,搜集了大量的材料,通过对玖隆钢铁物流园区的运行模式进行了进一步研究，提出了对玖隆钢铁物流园区现在运行模式的改进策略以及保障体系。希望本论文的研究能为玖隆钢铁物流园区运行模式的建设提供理论指导,同时也能对类似钢铁企业的发展具有一定的指导意义。87083

Study on Operation Mood of JiuLong Steel Logistics Park

Abstract Today, with the increasing competition in the market, there a variety of bottle-necks are faced in the development of iron and steel enterprises。 Under the situation of structural surplus on the global stage in the steel industry,  in order to make the iron and steel logistics park to operate efficiently, it is necessary to analyze the operation mode of the logistics park of steel。 In this thesis, which makes a comprehensive investigation and study on the current situation and problems of JiuLong steel logistics park。, than it makes a deep research on the operation mode of JiuLong steel  logistics park。 The proposing of the improvement strategy of operation mode and guarantee system, combing with the status of the characteristics of China’s steel industry and logistics operation of the park and collecting a large amount of material。 I hope that it can provide theoretical guidance in the construction of operation mode of JiuLong steel logistics park , as well as similar steel enterprises。
