摘要在当今社会的就业环境下，高校毕业生就业的尴尬境况逐渐成为一个热门的社会性话题。本次论文的目的在于研究大学生就业角色定位的同时结合社会心理学，通过调查并收集资料的方式解析大学生在角色定位下对初就业的应对方式，并结合研究结果给出最终具有针对性的建议。论文的资料收集采用网上调查问卷的方式，通过网页发放问卷和收集问卷，制作报表并分析数据。本次问卷调查共收集到85份有效问卷，在数据分析过程中，发现大学生在面临就业问题上普遍有一定的忧患意识，对就业问题比较重视。在面临第一次就业时，大学生对自己的认知处在一个比较矛盾的状态，一方面相信个人的能力，一方面对初就业的质量信心不足。总体来说，通过本文能够看到当今大学生在初就业时角色定位的状态，在面临学生与社会人的身份转换中大学生出现了一些偏差，只有清晰正确的角色定位才能在职场上走的更加稳定。本文通过角色定位的分析，希望大学生在初就业时能够在社会化过程中吸取经验，提早为进行职业规划和就业准备，合理定位个人角色，在初就业时有正确可行发展方向。87677

Title    Problems of the Role of Students First Employment                 

Abstract Under the employment environment in today's society, embarrassing situation of employment of college graduates has gradually become a hot social topics。 This paper aims to study the role of college students employment positioning combined with social psychology, and the paper will collect data about the role of students in the first employment by surveys 。 The data will combine with the results to give the final targeted recommendations。The data collection use the online questionnaire and collect questionnaires to report and analyse the data。 There are 85 valid questionnaires。By data analysis, we found that college students on employment issues  have a certain sense of urgency generally。More emphasis are on employment issues。 On the one hand, the university students who have employment for the first time are in a  contradictory position。 On the other hand ,students lack of confidence in the quality of early employment。 Overall, this article can be seen at the beginning of today's college students employment Role of the state。 In the face of student and social man's identity conversion ,college students have some deviations,。Only the correct Role clear to success in the workplace stable。 By analyzing the college students ,we hope that they can learn at the beginning of the employment in the social process of experience and prepare for the beginning of employment early。If they can make a reasonable positioning, they will have a correct direction in the early development of a viable employment。
