摘要随着2016年G20杭州峰会的召开，杭州的文化魅力和人文情怀让世界震撼，而这中间少不了此次峰会志愿者的努力和付出，探讨杭州G20志愿者的招募与选拔对于志愿者活动的开展以及推动大型赛会的圆满结束有着非常重要的意义。本文从杭州G20峰会的实际情况出发，总结归纳了杭州G20志愿者招募与选拔过程中开展有关志愿者资源情况和需求情况的调研、采用现代网络技术加快招募信息的传播与发布等经验，发现了G20志愿者招募与选拔中存在着政府和其他组织之间缺少互动性和连接性、志愿者活动宣传和招募选拔过程中缺少稳定的信息反馈机制等问题，并分析了背后的原因，最后提出了构建以政府为主导、以现代传播媒介为依托，合理配置志愿者岗位的对策和建议。88063
