摘 要目的 为了解国内三甲医院的移动医疗 APP 的建设情况,介绍其为健康人群提供的健康教育以及为疾病 人群提供的绿色就医通道等方面的功能,发现其在应用过程中存在的问题并提出建议,从而更好的为用户 提供更加优质的健康管理服务,使用户养成良好的生活习惯,逐步适应新型就医方式。方法 选取 11 家三 甲医院的移动医疗 APP 作为研究对象,比较其主要的服务功能,建立移动医疗 APP 评价体系,对不同的移 动医疗 APP 的功能情况进行评价。结果 11 家三甲医院的移动医疗 APP 功能评价得分两极分化明显,具体表 现为功能种类不全,同质化严重以及缺乏创新性。结论 国内三甲医院的移动医疗 APP 建设仍处于起步阶段, 改善用户体验感受、进行服务功能创新是移动医疗服务发展的关键。88270

Abstract Objective In order to understand the construction of the mobile medical APP in third-grade class-A hospitals, to introduce the health education provided by the healthy population and the green medical access channel for the disease population, we find the problems in the application process and make suggestions to provide more quality health management services for users, so that users develop good habits, and gradually adapt to the new way of seeking medical treatment。 Methods The mobile medical APP of 11 third-grade class-A hospitals was selected as the research objects, and the main service function was compared。 The evaluation system of mobile medical APP was established, and the function of different mobile medical APP was evaluated。 Results Third-grade class-A hospitals in the domestic mobile APP service platform service evaluation score polarization obvious, specifically for the dysfunction, homogenization of serious and lack of innovation。 Conclusion Third-grade class-A hospitals in the mobile APP medical service platform construction is still in the initial stage, improve the user experience, service innovation is the key to the development of mobile medical services。
