摘要：近年来，随着残疾大学生人数的增加，就业形势的日益严峻，残疾大学生就业问题日益突出。本文通过对残疾大学生就业现状的分析，揭示了残疾大学生就业存在的问题，分析残疾大学生就业难的原因，并由此提出相应的解决对策。本研究认为，残疾大学生就业困境的解决需要国家、社会、用人单位和残疾大学生四方综合，共同努力，要健全和完善国家保障体系，增强用人单位的社会责任感，发挥社会组织功能，搭建残疾大学生就业平台，提升残疾大学生综合能力，增强社会适应性。4845

Disability Employment Dilemma and Countermeasures of College Students
Abstract: In recent years, with the increasing number of students with disabilities and Increasingly severe employment situation, Students with disabilities employment issues have become increasingly prominent. 一、绪论
（一）研究的背景和意义
1、研究背景
根据第二次全国残疾人抽样调查数据推算，中国目前各类残疾人总数为8296万人。占全国人口总数6．34％。各类残疾人的人数及其占残疾人总数的比重为：视力残疾有1233万人，听力残疾有2004万人，言语残疾有127万人，肢体残疾有2412万人，智力残疾有554万人，精神残疾有614万人，多重残疾有1352万人，第二次全国残疾人抽样调查的标准时间为2006年4月1日零时。调查由国家统计局、民政部、卫生部和中国残联等16个部委组成领导小组统一部署，调查在全国31个省、自治区、直辖市（未包括香港、澳门和台湾）进行。 2008年4月24日，新修订的《残疾人权益保障法》，要求按1.5%的比例安排残疾人就业。达不到规定比例的，要缴纳残疾人就业保障金。
