摘 要随着互联网的普及以及电子商务行业的飞速发展,网购成为当今最流行的消费途径。高校学生是网购的主力军。随着网购迅猛发展的是电商物流。在杭州的高校里存在着四种不同的物流最后一公里解决方案。四种模式并存有其一定的原因,在本文中用swot分析。运用调查问卷对杭州师范大学的菜鸟驿站和浙江工业大学的自提柜做了满意度调查,结果发现在四种模式中自提柜的满意度最高。运用因子分析和模糊综合分析法对自提柜满意度的三级指标进行了统计分析。更进一步指出自提柜模式仍需要优化的方面,大范围进校园遇到的客观困难和希望。89974
Abstract: With the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of e-commerce, online shopping has become the most popular way of consumption。 College students are the main force of online shopping。 With the rapid development of online shopping is electricity supplier logistics。 There are four different logistics last mile solutions in Colleges and universities in Hangzhou。 There are some reasons for the coexistence of the four models。 In this paper, SWOT analysis。 By using the questionnaire, this paper makes a survey on the satisfaction of the help cabinet of Hangzhou Normal University and the Zhejiang Industry University of Technology。 The results show that the satisfaction rate of the four cases is the highest。 Using factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to carry on the statistical analysis of the three level indicators of the satisfaction degree。 Further refers to the cabinet from the need to optimize the model, the scope of the objective difficulties encountered in the campus and hope。
