摘 要：良好的常规教育可以保证幼儿的安全健康，同时有利于幼儿养成良好的行为习惯，形成良好的规则意识与纪律意识及形成井然有序的教学秩序。然而，当前的小班幼儿常规教育依然存在着幼儿管理制度有缺陷，教师教育方法不科学，家园常规教育不一致等问题。对于这些问题可以采取树立正确的常规教育理念，运用多元化的方法，创设良好的环境，重视家园合作的有效策略，以促进小班幼儿的常规教育取得显著成效。73096

Abstract:A good general education can guarantee the safety and health of children, and help children to develop good habits, the formation of good rule consciousness and discipline consciousness and form an orderly teaching order。 However, the children in small classes for conventional education still exist the defects of the management system of preschool education, teacher education method is not scientific, home of conventional education inconsistent problems。 For these problems can take to establish a correct concept of general education and use perse methods, to create a good environment, pay attention to effective strategies for their cooperation, to promote small children's regular education has achieved remarkable results。
