摘 要随着互联网的普及和电子商务的发展,中国人的消费方式发生改变,网络购物在日常生活中越来越重要,国内网购市场也不断壮大。网购市场能够进行高效运作离不开快递行业的辅助性功能,同时它也给快递行业的自身发展提供了契机。网购快递业务逐渐成为现代快递行业的主营业务,网购快递业务量更是高速增长。90242
然而大量的包装废弃物揭示了国内网购快递包装存在的一些问题,包括过度包装、回收低效等。这些问题的产生不仅造成资源浪费和环境污染,在根本上也不利于中国快递行业及其所属供应链结构的整体优化。
本文在已有的研究基础上,对中国网购快递包装的现状和回收问题进行总结分析,结合闭环供应链管理理论和子系统划分的方法,构建了快递包装回收网络的简易模式并进行优化建议,最后在案例中应用。
