摘 要随着B2C电子商务网购市场规模化发展,越来越多的消费者倾向于平台消费;但同时,据相关数据显示,消费者B2C电商投诉问题中退换货问题占比20%。两者间的矛盾表明了:退货逆向物流是B2C 电子商务交易中无法回避的问题,退货逆向物流服务已经对顾客体验造成了很大的影响。因此,研究B2C电商下退货逆向物流服务如何影响顾客满意度很有必要。本文在问卷调查的基础上,通过SPSS统计分析,可以得出实证结论:B2C电子商务下影响退货逆向物流服务顾客满意度的影响因素可以分为5个维度,其中,沟通质量、信息能力和响应速度对于顾客满意度有显著的影响。最后提出多项建议和措施来改进B2C电子商务下退货逆向物流服务,从而提升顾客满意度,为B2C电商企业及平台向健康、良性发展献计献策。90340
