摘 要 人在社会中角色的扮演源自于他的成长经历、与社会的关系和受教育程度,特别是义务教育的不到位会严重影响其社会角色转换造成角色转换异常,推迟其生命周期角色扮演过程,会对个人发展和社会适应产生不利影响。在笔者的家乡,青少年辍学现象并没有因为义务教育的推行有所减少,农村家庭对教育的不重视形成的社会风气使得很多青少年走向辍学之路,导致之后的角色转换出现问题。本文从西部农村出发,以陕西省X县Z乡的8位辍学青少年为出发点,采用文献研究和实地调查两种方法,选取具有代表性的未完成义务教育的18-24岁青少年,立足于辍学青少年的社会角色转换问题,探究目前角色扮演是否符合生命周期理论。通过个案访谈找出他们在角色转换过程中出现的异常现象,借助人力资本理论、社会角色理论和生命周期理论分析异常现象对个人、家庭乃至社会的负面影响,讨论并反思义务教育对角色转换的重要作用。希望能对西部农村辍学青少年角色转换顺利实现有所借鉴启发,只有家庭对义务教育的重视、良好社会风气的形成、正确的社会环境导向等方面的共同作用,才能让青少年有意识去接受教育,从而有能力承担相应的责任,扮演好自己的社会角色。90381
