摘 要:本文在理论研究的基础上,对淮阴师范学院旅游管理专业学生就业取向问题进行了研究,论文基于职业锚定理论、职业生涯决定社会学习等理论编写了调查问卷,通过传统问卷调查方式和微信群、QQ群等方式进行了在线数据统计,从择业认知、择业倾向和择业态度等三个方面旅游管理专业大学生的就业价值取向进行了研究,分析了旅游管理专业大学生就业取向的现状和偏差,发现社会传统观念、学校培养模式、家长对子女的就业期待等是影响旅游管理专业大学生的就业取向的主要因素,提出了加强学生专业技能培养、开展职业生涯设计课程、重视和家长的沟通引导等加强旅游管理专业大学生就业取向教育引导的对策建议。85685
