摘要:首先建立创新资源指数指标评价体系来衡量江苏省46家国家级开发区创新资源的分布规律,及其时序发展趋势特征。数据选择2005年、2009年以及2014年三个时序点,对数据进行标准化处理及权重赋值并利用ArcGIS绘制专题地图,清晰地反映创新资源在江苏省各地级市分布格局。利用标准差系数σ和变异差系数CV计算江苏省及三大区域内各市之间的差异特征,发现江苏省国家级开发区创新资源存在区域集聚现状呈现出金字塔结构的集聚特征,即主要是集聚于苏南地区,其中,苏州市是创新资源的高度集聚区,苏中地区和徐州市国家级开发区创新发展增速,形成相应特色行业加速发展,为次集聚区,而苏北4市国家级开发区创新资源已有基础薄弱、规模小,但保持较高增速的发展趋势。91523
