摘 要:随着经济与知识的快速发展,我国改革开放不断完善,社会主义市场经济体制不断进步和发展。影响企业迅速发展的,不再单单是物质资本与财力资本,企业的人力资源逐渐成为核心竞争力的关键因素。拥有创造知识资本的人是形成企业核心竞争力的源泉,人力资源管理的关键性以及地位也达到了前所未有的高度,决定企业兴衰的主要因素必然是人力资源的质量。员工的招聘与选拔制度是人力资源规划与发展工作中一项极为重要的基础性工作。在企业招聘过程中,容易出现许多的问题涉及到潜在和现实之间,并且需要了解的规避方法。本文正是研究基于现代企业在招聘过程中存在的误区及其规避,深入探索企业招聘方面的建设,较为具体的阐述了存在于常见的存在于现代企业招聘中的误区以及解决方法。93877
