摘要:中小企业的发展状况直接影响着国民经济发展水平的高低,但是由于缺乏完善的薪酬激励机制,中小企业无法使员工充分发挥自己的创造性和积极性。本文针对我国中小企业在薪酬激励机制上存在的奖金分配缺乏激励性、绩效考评体系不健全、薪酬要素单一、晋升制度缺乏激励性、培训机制缺乏吸引力的问题,选取了具有一定代表性的X 公司作为案例进行研究,提出了改进意见,主要包括奖金分配差异化、薪酬要素的多元化、薪酬信息透明化、完善绩效考评体系、完善员工的职业生涯规划管理等。93686

Research on the problems and countermeasures of SME incentive mechanism:A Case Study Of X Company
Abstract:SME development situation directly affects the level of national economic development, but due to lack of incentive mechanisms, SMEs cannot give full play to their creativity and enthusiasm of the staff。 In view of problems of SMEs on the incentive mechanism, is representative of company x is selected as a case study。 The content is pided into the following sections of this paper: is the theory of incentive mechanisms; b is x-employees compensation motivation mechanism of the status quo; the third is through the analysis of the survey company x pay review mechanism in material and non-material motivation problems in two four x employee compensation mechanism proposed is to improve。
With the globalization of world economy, competition among enterprises will become more and more intense, relatively weak competitiveness of SMEs should be more analysis of management issues, actively absorbing advanced knowledge of human resources management, perfecting the incentive mechanism, form a scientific system of human resources management, in order to attract, develop and retain talent, enhance their core competitiveness。

一、引言
激烈的市场竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,当前中小企业面临着巨大的人才流失问题。薪酬激励机制上的不足,导致企业无法留住优秀人才,无法获得可持续性的发展,因此在瞬息万变的市场环境下,调动员工工作的主动性显得日趋重要、紧迫。
本文采用了文献研究方法和案例分析方法,结合对具有一定代表性的X公司的分析,研究现今中小企业薪酬激励机制存在的问题,并从多角度提出了完善X公司薪酬激励机制的措施和方法,为诸多存在薪酬激励问题的中小企业提供一些有益的借鉴。
