摘要:传统旅行社旅游产品创新是大势所趋。人口老龄化趋势日益明显、私家车数量日益增多、旅游需求趋向多元与高端、“互联网+”观念深入人心、“海上丝绸之路”国家战略影响广泛、《旅游法》颁布并全面施行、“粉丝”群体呈现规模效应是传统旅行社当前面临的新形势。积极开发品牌化的老年旅游产品、突出私人订制的自驾游产品、推动精品旅游产品的开发、“OTA”与传统旅游齐头并进、因地制宜大力发展海洋旅游产品、充分利用“粉丝”的群体效应是传统旅行社旅游产品创新的概念途径。

A study on the innovation of tourism products of traditional travel agencies under new situations Abstract
Traditional travel agency tourism product innovation is a growing trend. Traditional travel agencies are facing many new situations now. such as, the trend of population aging is becoming more and more obvious, the number of private cars is increasing, tourism demand tends to be perse and high – end, "Internet +" concept enjoys popular support, "Maritime Silk Road" national strategy has a wide range of influence, "Travel Law" promulgated and fully implemented, "Fans" groups show economies of scale. Facing these new situations, traditional travel agencies put forward the ways of tourism product innovation. For example, actively develop the brand of old tourism products ,highlight the private custom" Travel by car " products, promote the development of boutique tourism products, "OTA" and traditional tourism go hand in hand, vigorously develop marine tourism products according to local conditions and make full use of the group effect of "fans".

0引言
随着经济的飞速发展和全面建成小康社会的深入推进,城乡居民收入稳步增长,人民群众健康水平大幅提升,加之带薪休假制度、假日制度的不断完善,旅游者的旅游需求越来越趋向于多元与高端。《旅游法》的颁布实施、“全域旅游”战略和旅游供给侧结构性改革的提出则进一步推动了旅游消费以旅游者为中心逐步朝着重体验和重享受的方向转变。旅行社是旅游产品的主要生产者,是连接旅游需求和旅游供给的桥梁。新形势与旅游者的新需求要求传统旅行旅行社与时俱进、开拓创新。传统旅行社应结合环境的变化,积极调整产品结构和经营模式,创新旅游产品。
