摘要：随着社会经济的高速发展，人民的生活水平得到显著提高，但是经济发展的不平衡必然导致区域间收入分配的不平衡，而且近几年依旧呈现出扩大的态势，努力的提升较低收入家庭获取收入的能力是缩小收入差距最根本的方式，教育作为首要因素被考虑。人力资本理论提出，教育投入可以增加人力资本积累，能极大地提高个人收入能力。本文在这一理论基础上，首先分析我国收入分配及教育财政投入的现状，之后利用我国31个省的面板数据对我国教育财政投入对区域间收入分配的影响进行实证分析，探究教育财政资金的合理分配，最终提出通过促进教育公平来缩小区域间收入分配差距的政策建议，实现社会公平。28609

The Influence of Educational Financial Input on Interregional Income Distribution in China
Abstract：The rapid socio-economic development, people's living standards improved significantly, but the imbalance of economic development will inevitably lead to regional imbalance in income distribution, but still showed a trend of expanding in recent years, efforts to upgrade the capacity of lower income families to earn income is way to narrow the income gap, education as a primary factor to be considered. Theory of human capital, education investment and human capital accumulation, can greatly improve the ability of personal income. On the basis of this theory, this paper first analyses the situation of income distribution and financial investment in education, then using 2006-2013 panel data of China's 31 provinces of China's financial investment in education on the empirical analysis of the impact of income distribution between regional, research on rational distribution of education funds, put forward by promoting fair education to narrow the regional gap of income distribution between policy recommendations and achieve social justice.
