摘要:在21世纪的今天,企业竞争越来越成为社会探讨的一个重要话题,而企业竞争的核心要素之一——企业文化业也愈加的受到重视。企业文化作为企业软实力在企业综合实力的较中具有不可替代的作用。而如何做到提升文化软实力、加强企业文化管理,现代企业家们通过各种途径对此进行尝试。现代企业文化建设重视“人”在其中发挥的作用,讲究 “以人为本”,这与我国经典《老子》一书中所蕴含的思想相契合。研究老子思想不仅弘扬我国传统文化,同时也是古为今用,让古典与时俱进,对企业文化改革进行有效引导,深化企业文化体制改革。《老子》一书内容广泛,本文从老子的“无为”思想这一角度,对其进行探讨。84638

The Enlightenment of Lao Tzu's Inaction Thought to The Management of Enterprise Culture in Our Country
Abstract: In 21st Century, the competition of enterprises has become an increasingly important topic in the society。 And one of the core elements of enterprise competition, the enterprise culture industry is more and more be taken seriously。 Enterprise culture as the soft power of enterprises plays an irreplaceable role in the competition of enterprise comprehensive strength。 And modern entrepreneurs try to improve the cultural soft power and enhance corporate culture management through a variety of ways。 The construction of modern enterprise culture emphasizes the role of "people" and follows the rule "people-oriented", which are corresponded to the idea contained in the Chinese classic "Lao Tzu"。 Study of Lao Tzu's thought not only carries forward Chinese traditional culture, but also makes the past serve the present, and let the classical advance with the Times and become effective guidance to the reform of the corporate culture, and at the same time deepen the reform of the enterprise culture system。 "Lao Tzu" contains a wide range of contents, and this paper is composed from the perspective of Lao Tzu's "Inaction" thought and discusses the management of the enterprise culture。
